Hourly Service Rate:
No contract needed - No Signup fees - Free Remote Support Setup
Standard Support Service Rate - $109/hour

Remote Support:
With just a phone call, we offer the ability to solve many of your issues remotely, without the travel time or hassle of waiting. As long as the computer powers on and has an Internet connection, we can troubleshoot and/or resolve almost any issue - without the wait! This also has the benefit of being billed in 15-minute increments with no minimum, versus a 1-hour minimum for any on-site support calls.

Service Plan:
"10 for 10" - This plan is a reward for our customers that plan on using Trebloc's services now, and in the future. For each system we service, $10 is paid monthly, and all service labor is discounted by 10%. Anything that is paid is applied to that current month's invoice. There is no contract or long term agreement - and, should you decide at anytime to discontinue this plan, we will refund up to the most recent three month's of plan payments (if all other invoices are paid/current).

Response Time:
Average response time for emergency calls is 2 hours or less. Priority response or 'urgent' calls generally are handled within 4 hours. Most routine or non-critical events are usually scheduled later that afternoon or next business day.

Telephone/Remote Support Package Plans:
This plan includes unlimited remote and telephone support* for any computer system supported by the plan**. Whether it takes one hour or ten to remotely resolve an issue, you have the luxury of knowing it will not cost extra to get the problem resolved. This also includes monthly remote maintenance and checkups for all systems.
$45/month - per computer
(*) Any on site service related to the issue is billed at the normal on site rate.
(**) Systems not supported by the plan are billed at the normal support rate of $109/hour.

Remote Backup:
We offer remote backup solutions for a base cost of $7.50 per system plus $10 per 5 Gig of data storage per month. This protects important data (on server or workstations) in events like harddrive crashes, natural disaster where system is destroyed, or theft/vandalism. Backups are essential for businesses of any size.

VoIP / Phone Networks:
We have VoIP plans available. Those rates start as low as $30/month/phone + $5/phone number, and are expandable. The average phone cost is ~$125/phone, which offers the advantage of nationwide calling at no additional charges. This includes voicemail, call forwarding ability, and auto-attendant answering is available (setup fee applies). If interested, let us know and we will put together a detailed price plan for your needs.

Ultimate Always-Up Plan:
This covers your existing computer systems from top to bottom, including all hardware, standard software, and labor services related to the system and its operation. We will perform monthly maintenance on the systems: check on your backups, antivirus, Windows Updates, and let you know how your systems are performing. The average cost for this plan is $85/month per standard desktop, $106/month for standard laptops, and ranging from $170-$300+/month for servers. There are also options to cover all network equipment and desktop printers for just a few dollars more!
